Each promotion or sale will run for a limited time only. Sales or offers may have their own requirements for redemption. Please see the below promotions that HomeWorx by Slatkin & Co. offers, along with requirement for redemption and exclusions.

Types of Offers & Coupons:

BOGO Offers: Buy item(s), get item(s) free or for discounted price.

  • Example - Buy two, get one free. Buy 2 for $X.

Amount Off Product Offers: Save X% or $X on these items

  • Example - 20% off all 4-wick candles. $5 off reed diffusers.

Amount Off Order Offers: Save X% or $X on your order

  • Example - Save 20% on orders over $50. $20 off orders over $100.

Free Shipping Offers: Receive free shipping when you spend $X or purchase X number of items.

  • Example - Free shipping on orders over $50. Free shipping when you purchase 4 items (not including package protection).

How to redeem coupon codes online

On www.homeworx.shop, you can enter the promotion code on the right side of the shopping cart during checkout. This option is also available on mobile and tablet devices. Under your order subtotal, you will see a box labeled 'Enter discount code' and a button to apply the discount to your order if the order is eligible for promotion or the requirements have been met to receive the promotion.

New customer promotions are for new customers only and can only be used for the first order on your account.

Only one (1) coupon code may be used per order at a time. You can use coupons on orders that do not
already have a discount applied (eg. BOGO deal, Gift with Purchase, total order discount, etc.). Coupon codes do not stack with additional codes, affiliate discount codes, or loyalty rewards codes.  

If more than one code is entered at checkout, only the last code entered will be applied.

To take advantage of more than one offer, we recommend placing a second order. Customer support is not able to add more promotion codes to your order due to system limitations.

If you forgot or were not able to add your discount code to your order at the time of ordering, contact our support team immediately and they will do everything they can to support your request. Orders fulfill quickly which does not leave much time for order edits, adjustments or cancellations prior to shipping. If the offer is still valid, customer support can add the applicable discount code to your order for up to 48 hours.

*Discounts will not be applied retroactively for 'Daily Deal' or 'One Day Only' promotions as they must be claimed on the day of the promotion only*

Rewards Codes & Coupon Codes

A rewards code, of any denomination, may be redeemed on any purchase of $40 or more. Your rewards code can be redeemed in your cart or at checkout. 

Only 1 (one) rewards code can be redeemed on an order of $40 or more. Please ensure that you redeem the highest value possible to maximize your redemption.

Rewards codes will apply to orders with full price items (or items featuring a strike through price), but do not stack with additional site-wide sales such as BOGO offers, cart discounts, order discounts, or additional discount codes.

Affiliate codes will not apply to any purchase where a rewards code is redeemed. Only one code may be redeemed per order on www.HomeWorx.shop.

Homeworx discount policy faqs

Only one code may be used per order. Codes may not be used if there is a site-wide automatic discount in place such as a BOGO offer, spend and save offer, etc.

  • If more than one code is entered at checkout, the better code will apply to your purchase.
  • HomeWorx Customer Service will not be able to accommodate stacking multiple promo codes to your order due to systematic limitations.
  • If you have more than one promotional code to apply to an order, we recommend placing separate orders to maximize your saving.

Your promo code may not be applying to your order for the following reason.

1. Your promo code is no longer valid. Please check our marketing to ensure you used within the appropriate dates.

2. You have already applied an affiliate code or promo code to your order and multiple discount codes do not stack on a single order.

If you have two different promo codes to use on your HomeWorx order, you may apply the code that will be the best discount!

Please email our customer service team at info@homeworx.shop and explain the details of your recent purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your order if you didn't use a promo code already and if your promo code is still valid.

Our standard shipping rate for orders under $100 is $6.99. We will run different shipping deals throughout the year that you can take advantage of.

If you spend $100, you will receive Free Shipping on your order. Exclusions may apply to your order dependent on what you are purchasing. Please visit our Shipping FAQs for more details.

If you choose redeem and decide not to use your reward, you did not lose the code. Log in to your Loyalty dashboard and click "Rewards History." Your unused reward code will still be available to use on your next purchase.
